We track visits to our Website and Offerings and use visitor logs to compile anonymous aggregate statistics, (e.g., information such as your web requests, browser type, browser language, domain names, IP address, referring and exit pages, URLs, platform type, pages viewed and the paths you took on our Website and Offerings). We use this information to analyse trends, administer our Website and Offerings, improve our Website and Offering design, and otherwise enhance our Websites and Offerings.

Kajabi – Our Programs are hosted by Kajabi LLC (“Kajabi”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our Programs to you. Your data is stored through Kajabi’s data storage, databases and the general Kajabi application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Other Service Providers – We may share personal information with third-party service providers who perform a variety of functions to enable us to provide our services.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. Payments – If you make a purchase, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by Us and our third-party providers.

Legal – We may disclose personal information to courts, law enforcement agencies and other government bodies if we suspect that an individual's use of our Website and Offerings involves illegal activity or is otherwise inconsistent with any applicable terms and conditions. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. We will ensure the personal information you provide to us remains secure and is only used for the purposes for which it is collected. Your information will be stored on a secure database administered by TheCloudGP. We will remove your personal information from our system where it is no longer required (except where archiving is required and required by law).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is transmitted to or by us over the Internet. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.
